ACCESS Real Estate Advisory specializes in contract negotiations for easement agreements for underpinning of structures and crane swing access over air space on private property.  We have worked with numerous provincial and regional governments, Metro Vancouver municipalities, and utilities and transportation agencies, as well as private landowners across British Columbia.  We have helped our clients obtain easements and access agreements in order for large scale construction projects to move ahead without delay.
